HELPING HAND

It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do little. For helping poor & needy people there is no need to do big, you just need a kind heart. Nobody can do everything, but everyone can do something. I searched over internet days and days and found some sites that help poor on behalf of us. The only thing we need to do is, just register on those sites and visit those sites daily…for each visit, they will give a cup of food on behalf of you…

This site is one of the best sites in internet world. The Hunger Site was founded to focus the power of the Internet on a specific humanitarian need: the eradication of world hunger. Since its launch in June 1999, the site has established itself as a leader in online activism, helping to feed the world's hungry. On average, over 220,000 individuals from around the world visit the site each day to click the yellow "Click Here to Give - it's FREE" button. To date, more than 300 million visitors have given more than 671 million cups of staple food.
So with just one click every day, you can give one cup of food. Please do visit this site do your contribution.
FreeRice is a non-profit website run by the United Nations World Food Programme.
It has two goals:Provide education to everyone for free. Help end world hunger by providing rice to hungry people for free.
This is made possible by the generosity of the sponsors who advertise on this site.
Whether you are CEO of a large corporation or a street child in a poor country, improving your education can improve your life. It is a great investment in yourself.
You need to do is just register on that site and play quiz. For each answer you get right, they will donate 10grains of rice through world food program to help end hunger.
I donated 1000 grains sofar… lets see who will donate more…
If anybody registered in that site and donated grains by playing quiz, tell me how many grains u donated in comments box… their names will be displayed in the site.
The World Food Programme is the world's largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide. In emergencies, they get food to where it is needed, saving the lives of victims of war, civil conflict and natural disasters. After the cause of an emergency has passed, we use food to help communities rebuild their shattered lives.
WFP's five objectives:
1.Save lives and protect livelihoods in emergencies
2.Prepare for emergencies
3.Restore and rebuild lives after emergencies
4.Reduce chronic hunger and undernutrition everywhere
5.Strengthen the capacity of countries to reduce hunger.

Would you like to do volunteer work in India during your holidays?
An effort, as small as spending time helping others, can go a long way in bringing change in lives of many. The sheer feeling of accomplishment or joy that you get by lending a helping hand to people and organizations can be quite overwhelming.
We at Volunteering India, provide you with the opportunity to participate in projects dealing with health, community development, child education, disadvantaged residents and many more. We aim to improve the living conditions of the locals in India and need your support for doing so. These projects will not only help the less fortunate but also help you as a volunteer to know another culture, may be another language and make new friends for life.
Those who want to discover something new and are willing to share his or her knowledge and experience can plan a volunteer tour to India with us. We welcome everyone to join this adventure. While working as a volunteer in local projects, you also get to know and discover the country through excursions.
